Things here have changed…


I was busy working hard with educators on topics like stress and time management. But I came to the point when I realized I was really only treating internal bleeding with band-aid solutions. My stress level peaked, I had yet another health crisis of my own… and it finally dawned on me. I was doing it all wrong!


I was dealing with each symptom in isolation and relying on incomplete strategies, physical therapists, doctors and medications to fix it all. I went on a research journey to discover how I could take control myself to eliminate my symptoms.

I discovered an approach that worked and then became a Holistic Health Coach so I could help others achieve the same benefits and skills that I did.




WHY is this important for you?


Holistic Health Coaches are a valuable resource right now. The Western model of healthcare is built on treating disease. It’s actually a Sickcare system. Post Covid, that system is crashing. Overworked and understaffed, they can’t help everyone who needs it. People are dying at home waiting for an ambulance that isn’t available, or in the ER while waiting hours on end to be seen. They simply can’t keep up.


We need to do our best to stay as healthy as possible, so we don’t need their services. … Because the surprising fact is that most of the illnesses and diseases they are treating are caused by our modern-day lifestyle choices. Things within our power to control…


Most people shorten their quality of life because of a few chronic diseases. The root causes of the core dysfunctions that create inflammation (such as Arthritis, Asthma, Autoimmune, Cancer, Diabetes, Dementia, Heart disease, Obesity) are…

diet, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, relationships, spirituality, environment, toxins, infections, physical trauma, beliefs, attitudes, genetics, emotional trauma, drugs. But what if we were to focus more on promoting our own health than just on treating disease? What is the lifestyle that would support a chronic state of health? How do we help ourselves achieve sustainable positive changes in the body and our health? Now we need experts that can guide us in achieving and maintaining our highest level of health as there is a lot of conflicting information out there. Bodies are a whole system and so we NEED a holistic approach. Many people try working on their health with one of two things: either changes in their diet or exercise. Often this doesn’t work out long term. There are just too many variables. My health coach helped me build habits in 7 critical areas that are easily scalable for constant improvement. And I’ve never felt better in my 5 decades around the sun! So, what is a Holistic Health Coach? It is important to understand that they are NOT medical professionals or practitioners. They are not intended as replacements for these experts when they are needed. They do not treat disease but rather they guide and support clients in creating lifestyle habits that promote a chronic state of health. They can, however, (upon client approval) partner with interested medical experts where appropriate to support the health of their patients. Holistic health coaches use evidence based skillful conversations, interventions, and strategies to actively and safely engage clients in health behaviour changes. They use an integrative approach to diet and lifestyle changes to improve clients’ health.

I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and specialist in change. I am passionate and knowledgeable and truly care about your health.


I have been there… I was exhausted, overweight, had insomnia, chronic pain and migraines, constant respiratory infections, and was on 7-9 different medications each day with no relief of my symptoms.

Now I have boundless energy, can easily maintain a healthy BMI, am virtually pain and symptom free, and I’m off all medications but one! I have “been there” and I understand…I am living proof!

Who do I work with?


I work with busy, midlife women who are struggling to put themselves on “the list” and who are ready to make changes to vastly improve their health.
